    I’ve been having a really hard time training my lats lately. I haven’t been feeling a stretch or a contraction when doing isolated lat pull downs and it’s starting to beat up my mental. My pull days are starting to psych me out before I even do them bc I feel defeated after. Any tips on how to improve mental connection with the muscle I’m trying to target?

    Thank you Joe, going to try to focus keeping my arms close to the lat and see what happens, I’ve watched the video about 3 times after listening to this and I’ll let you know how it goes
