    Concerning the metabolic and pump work for most workouts, let’s take the example of a push day.
    For every program i’ve taken a look at, the push day starts with all the chest exercices, you then move on to the shoulder exercices and finish with the triceps and only after having finished the last tricep exercice is the metabolic and pump work programmed even though it biases the chest.
    So my question is : should i do the metabolic and pump work for the chest after the chest meat and potatoes movements and then finish with the shoulders and triceps meat and potatoes movements or should i do the metabolic and pump work where it is programmed in the workout which is at the end of the workout?

    When you say submaximal though do you mean i should not go to failure because i take every single exercise of the giant set constituting the metabolic and pump work to failure
