Is there a fine where the program will recommend doing the pump/Metabolic work or is it always optional? And is there any certain point you recommend throwing it in? I’m doing the anti flamingo program and so far so good. Looking to sign up at the end of the week trial
Thank you both I really appreciate the response, I was in prep but due to a newborn and life I decided to delay until next year. I picked the anti flamingo to help with growth and maybe give classic a shot as opposed to just MP. I know my legs need the most growth but my chest and biceps are a bit behind development wise also due to a powerlifting background and not isolating those groups as much. Is there anything I could do to address these weaknesses while still running this same program for months on end? Could I add in a workout or maybe just pump work? What do you think would be the best way to go about this?
