Hey Joe! Loving everything your app has to offer! Question: i am currently doing your anti-flamingo program, how do you feel about doing a lower body pump/finisher frequently throughout this program? Specifically on the push and pull days when legs get no work. Should i be letting the legs rest on those days or will that extra work benefit me at all from a hypertrophy standpoint? Legs have always been my weak point, but I’m loving all the fun lower body punishment you are putting me through and i can already see and feel growth!
