can i pick a metabolic workout for a muscle group by preference? For example do a bicep pumpwork in the end of the pull day instead of a back-focused one? If so, how much it make sense that the last excersise before starting the pumpwork hits the same musclegroup (e.g. Pull day – last exercise targets biceps – do a bicep pumpwork instead of a back one)
Also can i swap those pumpworks each week e.g. Pull day – 1st week do a back pumpwork – 2nd week do a bicep pumpwork and so on?
