Hey Joe and Bryce! I’ve been thinking about ways to progressively overload in small amounts. I have two ideas: 1. On a smith machine bench press, for example, do you think it’s a wise idea to put a 2.5 plate on just one side? Since it’s a smith machine, would it load between both arms evenly, or do you think that the extra weight would still be just on the arm on the same side? I guess my second idea was to get 1 lb wrist weights and wrap them on either side of the bar. Do you think that would be better? Thanks!
