    hi Joe..

    I had a question in regards the micro progression especially with stuff like dumbbells …when it comes to jumps in weight especially for the preacher or a dumbbell press …my gym is a lame commercial gym with coated dumbbells so I can’t attach magnetic micro plates. would attaching a 2.5 pound plate or any micro plate with a small band wrapped work or would the uneven weight distribution to one side be a problem. just trying to be creative. thank you as always

    So pressing wise…wrapping the ankle cuff around the wrist would equate to the same amount of load pressed if it was a normal dumbbell…but a curl would be slightly less cause of cuff is loadee closer to elbow?
