Hey Joe, I’m asking out of curiosity about mid back/erector cramping during squats.
Today’s top set was wicked, then the second set got under the bar and damn it felt like it was cramping hard. Couldn’t really breath either.
I’ve had it before but physios can’t really give me an answer. They just say oh it’s too heavy. But I did it for 12 clean.
I was able to still able to do hack squats without it reoccurring just when I went under the safety bar.
What’s your thoughts?
