    Hey coach Joe
    Not sure if you still remember me, but I posted here about 3 months back asking for advice to change my body and to become in better health for my family especially with my work schedule… currently doing medical residency!

    So over the past 6 weeks I have been on the full body program about 3 days a week, I went with your advice in regards to intake, so I was on maintenance which is around 2500, during the first 4 weeks of the program I was doing ramadan so I wasnt able to hit my daily macros

    The 2 weeks after I was able to hit the required caloric intake, still not getting my macros dialed in 100% yet though !

    Weight wise I started with 227 now its fluctuating 220-222

    Numbers in the gym are going up, my recovery in terms of sleep, activity and soarness has been good as well
    Snoring and reflux have been way better and also BP has been very good

    Side note: I walk to and from the gym which is 15 minutes each way, I also bike to work ( low intensity) which is 15-20 minutes each way

    Those are the after pictures, will try to post the before on in the comments

    Am planning to continue with the whole body program at least for another 3 months… do you recommend continuing with the same program? Also do you recommend cutting down on my calories or staying the same as some days i see my weight going up to 224?
