So I’m a former personal trainer, my wife just had a baby and is looking to get back into working out. I I’m attempting to walk her through the milkmaker program. Her doctor said she has Diastasis recti which I guess is common in pregnancies. Is there anything in the milkmaker program that directly targets the core? Right now I am making her do a lot of core compressions in hopes that it will help with this diastasis. Or is there anything that you would recommend doing besides breathing and core compressions?
