    Going inline with “minimum amount of work to produce maximum results” is there ever a place in your opinion for not pushing weight as long as muscles are growing? Wait till a weight is not working before progressing to heavier weight?

    Or at least not maximally pushing the weight…For instance never increasing more than X amount of lbs each week (especially if they are stronger than average for amount of muscle on their body).
