Hello If am right now on about 2500kca And planing a mini cut What would be a good number to start with? 2000kca?
Is it a problem if you have a bigger drop? Let say immediately from about 3500 kcal to 1800-2000 kcal for 2-3 weeks? Still train hard, protein around 2-2.2 g/kg. just for drop some fat and “detox” my body, get better insulin sensitivity etc.
