I’ve been in a gaining phase for 5month now and I’ve gained abit of excess body fat, I want to keep pushing in the bulk but was thinking of doing a mini cut post Xmas for 4-6 week, I’m currently on 3300cals i was thinking of dropping my calories to 2900 and after a couple of weeks slowly increasing the deficit as weight loss stalls? Or would you take more of a aggressive approach as it’s not a pro longed cut? Thanks
