    Hey guys
    Wondering your thoughts on this “minimalist” program.

    I wanna be in and out of the gym as quick as I can, training 3x a week. I’m a beginner with less than 2 years of consistent training and I stopped training in 2019 so now I’m coming back to it.

    Curious to hear your thoughts!

    Thanks Bryce ! feel like I’m neglecting biceps and triceps as well as side and rear delts tho. What is ur advice regarding this? @brycebahm

    In the past , I would do full body programs of 10-12 diff exercises, but I feel like that’s too much! Performance gets affected and I end up dragging myself
