Is it feasible to bring in the workouts you give in your specific workouts (chest, for example) into the PPL workout that was generated? If so, how can I do that?
My reasoning is that I like to hit more body parts than the PPL is doing for me, but incorporating the entire workout you do for each body part would be 5 hour workout. So, any ideas? If I need to just do the PPL then that’s fine, I just thought I could put some more lifts in there…
