Mixing splits

    Hey! How are you. I’m thinking about mixing PPL & UL 5 days a week taking the weekends off instead of Push-Pull-Legs-Push-Pull off – off . My recovery is great at the moment but I think I can handle 2 lower sessions. Wanting to hear your thoughts
