Hey Joe! First of all, I just want to say that all your content is fantastic, and especially things like the Mobile Meathead. I have only been doing it for a few sessions now but my shoulders are already feeling less f*cked and that’s worth every penny. My question is, for the post session stuff, do you recommend that it be done immediately after your training session, or would I still see a benefit if I came home and did it say 30 mins later? I’m assuming there is some level of benefit from having those muscles still warm and ready for action but I’m just curious since I don’t really want to be bringing yoga blocks etc to the gym all the time if I don’t have to.
