The issue is – I recently found out I have tendinopathy in my left glute medius due to “glute medius dysfunction” (doctor’s language). Root cause the doc said is due to an injury from years ago – the left glute isn’t firing properly and other muscles are compensating
The question is – Are there any specific movements from the movement library in mobile meathead that are worth spending more time on to try and work through this?
