Hey coaches, as of recent I finally starting doing mobility work (mostly hip and shoulder) but started to realize how god awful my spine rotation is. I’ve been doing broga pretty much once a week since I bought the app, and it’s helped a little bit, but was wondering if you had more exercises to help. I used to be a golfer them switched to weight training and now want to get back into golfing a little bit and i’m sure you know how much rotation is needed in that. Thank you!
