    Hi

Huge bodybuilding fan, been training for 4 years properly and about 4 years before kinda half in, getting to know things

Recently I have been feeling a bit stiff (not able to get a sports massage on a regular basis as I live in a country where its very expensive)

Also felt like I’m lacking muscular endurance (eg not being able to carry my dog cause he hurt his paw for more than 1 min despite him being only 20kgs)

How would I be able to program for this flexibility and mobility and muscular endurnce in a commercial gym setting, not really wanting to join a cross fit gym (again insanely expensive in my country)

I think I heard Joe say something like every human should be able to run jump and carry things for a certain period of time (for give me if im misquoting)

Hi Bryce thanks for the info, yeah I 100% agree with the idea of “functional training” isn’t something which has been fully discussed, so adding in some kinda metcons which allow me to push hard whether it be traditional cardio pieces or even Olympic lifts (probably won’t do that as the idea of doing Olympic lifts in a fatigued state doesn’t sit well with me)
