Huge bodybuilding fan, been training for 4 years properly and about 4 years before kinda half in, getting to know things
Recently I have been feeling a bit stiff (not able to get a sports massage on a regular basis as I live in a country where its very expensive)
Also felt like I’m lacking muscular endurance (eg not being able to carry my dog cause he hurt his paw for more than 1 min despite him being only 20kgs)
How would I be able to program for this flexibility and mobility and muscular endurnce in a commercial gym setting, not really wanting to join a cross fit gym (again insanely expensive in my country)
I think I heard Joe say something like every human should be able to run jump and carry things for a certain period of time (for give me if im misquoting)
