Got a minor tweak in my rotator cuff so avoiding lifts that cause me discomfort which is pretty much anything elbows flared. I can still row and pulldown but only if elbows by side-lat focused execution. Concerned about losing my lower and mid traps and rhomboids but fortunately I can shrug and dead lift pain free.
If I hit shrugs and deadlifts hard, is it plausible that I won’t lose my mid back musculature?
