I have an anterior pelvic tilt.
Any modification tips you’d recommend for squats and deadlifts?
Always struggled with my lower back.
Never got what I would call ‘real’ advice. Would to hear your thoughts.
P.s. I’ve just signed up as a lifetime member. Wanting to start off right (learn, make adjustments to improve, etc, etc) before getting stuck in to your programs.
