What pullover exercise would be the best in your opinion ? Or maybe a superset between to pullover typs, because of resistance Profil? There are so much pullover modifications out there banded dumbell pullovers, barbell pullovers, cable pullovers, seated cable pullovers and much more. And all of them have different Profils..
