    Hey Joe,
    Just got the lifetime membership and familiarizing myself with the app for now. Was wondering if you do any modified structuring of programs such as PPL. Based on scheduling, I typically can train Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. I was thinking W: pull, Th: push, Sat: legs, Sun: push/pull. Does this sound like a decent approach and would I be able to take the days off that program and slot them in there?
