Hi HC team, just subscribed and i was trying to see if there is a way to modify/substitute exercises in the app for programs where i may not have the equipment to perform the exercise. ie if i had no tbar row, but i want to track the actual exercise i am able to do. Can i modify this in the app, or do i have to make a mental note that im not doing a tbar row, and just track my alternative exercise in the tbar row exercise section of the program? Thanks!
