Currently running the PPLA program and loving it, however I do have one question:
I train in a busy gym at peak hours, and I have a pretty tight schedule. Because of this, often times I’m unable to perform the pump work circuit/supersets that is prescribed at the end of the sessions of weeks 5 and 6, as the gym is too busy and much of the equipment is occupied.
I’ve compromised by just running weeks 3-4 of the program repeatedly (which involves a double drop set on one exercise per session and taking all sets to failure), with periodic deloads when I feel they’re needed.
Is this smart or would you guys advise a different approach? Thanks in advance.
