    Hey joe I like the split that you and Terrence are currently running since my lagging body parts are back and arms. So my question is if it’s ok to combine the back/chest day with arms to make it a arm focused back and chest workout. I work manual labor and have a family so a 5 day split just isn’t in the cards for me right now and I want to maximize recovery. Thank you for your time.
