    Hey Joe,

    New here. Great site!

    Been working my way through a bunch of videos, and there’s a lot of good stuff to dig through.

    I recognize and understand your point about the workout split being not very important in the grand scheme of things, with things like exercise selection, intensity, nutrition, etc. being more important. Putting a lot of thought into that, and plan on just using your workouts in the app for some time. Nevertheless, I am having trouble deciding how I should split things up with my schedule, haha.

    I’m able to train Monday-Friday, typically 5 days per week. I’m coming from a strength background, where I’m used to training with a super high lift frequency (benching 3-5 days per week, alternating squats and deads every other day). I’d say arms and shoulders are my weak points, and I’m probably an upper level intermediate (been training for around 5 years) . Program builder has me doing P/P/L/off/repeat, or if I put arms as a weak point, P/P/L/Arms/off/off. Neither of these work perfectly with my schedule. I’d say my recovery is an 8/10.

    What would you do in this scenario?
