Mono Training

    Hey Bryce and Joe!

    So turns out I have mono. Extreme fatigue is a common symptom, and I’m starting to feel it’s effects. As well as this, it could last for a month, so I’m in it for the long haul. I have two questions: over the last two days when I’ve just started feeling really sick ajd tired, I was in a severe calorie deficit and dropped 5 pounds. How long does it take to lose actually muscle mass? I haven’t worked out in about a week, so do you think some of this was muscle? Or just food/water weight. Secondly, how do you guys think I should go about working out while in this state? Should I just go with lighter weights to “preserve” mass? If so, how light would be optimal? Do you guys think I should keep my calories up to maintain weight even if I’m not hungry often? Sorry for all the questions, thank you so much!
