Hey there. In the nutrition 101 the recommendation for protein is about 0.8 – 1.2g per lbs of bodyweight. I keep seeing coaches and bodybuilders on social media claim that they see/make better gains when eating 1.5g or even 2g of protein.
I’m interested in hearing Joes opinion on this. Do you think it could be viable? Or is it wasted money? Does it only make sense if you enjoy eating high in protein?
