My son is almost two years old so it’s getting harder to get an intense workout done some days because he wants to be with me when I’m working out (currently working out in my basement). If I’m doing an early morning workout would you suggest doing a push pull legs still, if so would you put a lagging body part first thing in the morning? I have about 30 minutes after work well my sons napping to get in my second workout. Second question, is training in the am with just a pre and intra workout enough or do I need a meal before? Sorry for the long rant, thanks for any tips!
