I’ll tell you what works for me but YMMV. A small dose of caffeine (25mg), loud upbeat music like metal or EDM, keeping the volume on the lower side and the intensity on the high side, having a specific training goal in mind (i.e. Get shredded by July 4th, incline press 205×5 by Christmas, etc), novelty in my workouts, and if all else fails, reduce frequency to lifting only every other day.
All of this is assuming you have a garage gym set up. If you’re having to lift with bands only inside of an apartment or something I’m sure it does get very hard to maintain motivation, but a lot of these would still apply with slight modification
No no,i have a garage gym setup with all the nessessary things to have a good workout but sometimesi still lose my motivation.Yeah for sure i have a large set if speakers so i blast music all the time while i am trying(edm and rock, old school rap) and i train low volume high intensity but sometimes while i am trying my motivation might dade away so that’s why i asked.Anyway thanks for the tips
