    Hey guys! Just finished week 1 of the Upper Lower 1.0 and have a leg isolation question. The Seated Leg Curl and Leg Extension machines in my gym both have their max weight capped out pretty low, to the point I’m nearing the end already. Is there any reason once I max out the machines that I couldn’t switch to doing one leg at a time, or should I just switch exercises completely? They go up to around 200 pounds, so I feel like theoretically I could progress single leg for a long time.
