    Hey guys,
I feel like this is a dumb thing to ask. But I wonder if strength gains can go a long way (hopefully the English is correct) until also muscle gains show?
I progress almost every workout since I’m “bulking” (kinda since 8 weeks) – 1-2 more reps and or weight increase and I try to keep the form standardized.
But I can hardly see or maybe just tiny bit of changes in the mirror. – and – my weight stays the same within like 500-1000 grams more or less. I might have lost tiny bit of fat, and gained lil bit of muscle. But that’s not too much in both ways. Can my significant increased workout performances mainly come from strength gains without significant muscle gains?
(PS: I eat around 3700-3900 calories. I can hardly eat more & I stay in rep ranges around 5-9)
    Best regards, Luke

I should add that I’m not an very advanced lifter who has to work hard for every pound of muscle.
I’m around 5 feet 11″ tall, and weigh 76-77 kg in the morning. Body fat around 10-11 %.
    Best regards, Luke
