So happy to be on the forum. Now I need your help and guidance on the mental state before the workouts. On most days and muscle groups I feel ready to attack the weights and w/o, except for chest day, maybe because it is my weakest group, but I usually down in before the workout despite my meals are the same, recovered and ready to go.

I am very happy that I have had your reply on this JB. I’ve been following you for a long time, I live in Dubai and we have a small JB fan group over here, we even use the terms when you train Terrence, you’re basically into our heads lol (meathead, ugly, etc..).So the chest thing I do watch some stuff like FYU Fridays, but I’m aligned with what you said, it’s an opportunity to zone in and envision where do you want to take your lagging body part.Again I’m so thrilled that you replied man, you’re an icon.🤜🏻🤛🏻
