    Hi guys, I’ve got a problem with a muscle imbalance, I believe it’s my glute, hamstring and quad lumborum. Anyway, I’ve started to feel pain in the lower side of my back whenever I play football(I’m from the uk so soccer to Americans) and whenever I deadlift I feel a tiny strain in the side which is weaker than the other. I’ve been to multiple physiotherapist, however, the standard of physiotherapist seems to be much worst in the UK compared to America, so I was just wondering if anyone could recommend anything that has helped them.
