Hi this is my first time posting in the forums so if I’m doing this wrong please let me know. I’ve had an imbalance between my right bicep and my left bicep. Currently my left bicep is growing faster than my right bicep. It’s gotten to the point where I can visibly see the difference. Throughout the last 8 months I’ve been taking inbody tests and the difference in muscle mass between my arms keep growing. Is there anyway to fix this? Should I add more sets to only my right arm?
