Hey guys, my body fat is hovering around 16% currently so I’d like to cut down a bit. I’d like to get back down to around 10% but in the past I’ve tended to lose quite a bit of muscle mass as well as fat when I diet which I’d really like to avoid this time. Do you have any recommendations on maintaining muscle while cutting fat? I’ve obviously got a bit of fat to lose so I’m worried dieting for too long, or cutting my calories too much will lead to muscle loss again.
