Hey guys,
I ve got a not to little muscular imbalance in my back muscles. Mainly kind of all muscles in the midback area and errectors. When I get a massage people tell me that pretty quick right away (that the muscles on my right back side are noticeable bigger than on my left side).
What do you guys suggest to diminish my back imbalance?
(For back I do Midback rowing machine, hyperextensions or RDLs (for lat a lat pulldown). So only bilateral exercises)
