Had someone at the gym record my deadlifts for me today, always noticed in pictures that my right arm hung a little bit lower, and on any sort of press or pull that isn’t a single arm movement, I typically feel a pinch in my right shoulder, or the bar will hit the ground on the right side before the left side on DL’s. In this picture I can clearly see the imbalance, is this something I can fix by myself, just how I’m structured, or maybe a mobility issue? Thank you.
