Hi joe, I’m currently on Anti-flamingo program, but i added a few more days that i do calves raise to add more volume to them.
But the problem is, when I’m full pumped my calves, my outer side of my right leg, kind of in the cross section between the soleus and the tibialis anterior.
It feels like my skin is tearing apart, if i bent over I’m immediately jump from the strange pain of my skin tearing,
There’s also like bumps on some spots on my shin when the calves are fully pumped.
Have you ever heard before about that feeling of the skin tearing apart? And if yes what can i do about it (my calves are not so huge, but they do grow throughout the program)
