I train at LA fitness to which is know to not have the best machinery but it’s the best I can do since I cannot afford a higher membership fee. In the PPL 2.0 it asks for banded hack squat and I’m afraid I cannot do it. With what other exercise could I possibly switch it with?
You can throw a barbell into a corner and use it like a landmine. Throw your weight on and with your back against the plates, end of bar on shoulder, squat.
