    Sir as I am having some medical issues , Doctor advised to me not lift heavy and just do some light weight training . If we want to add intensity to our training with light weights , is it ok to have some high volume low rest and superset , restpause types of intensity techniques ? Orelse what would your suggestion be ? Very much pleased to know your feedback Coach !

    Thanks coach I have a pair of 4kg dumbbell and a hard level resistance bands . I think with your suggestions I can make some gains or even atleast maintain my gains . Thank you so much Sir. And I’m learning and loving the app a lot ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿปโค๏ธ
