Thanks coach I have a pair of 4kg dumbbell and a hard level resistance bands . I think with your suggestions I can make some gains or even atleast maintain my gains . Thank you so much Sir. And I’m learning and loving the app a lot ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ปโค๏ธ
