I have a doubt because when I hit the gym I don’t know if I’m able to hit the gym 3 days in a row.
My questions are: Are things like 2 on and 1 off or 1 on 1 off relevant and how can I know if I shouldn’t go
For sure! Tons of pros do that, especially considering how taxing workouts like legs and back are. Remember, there is no perfect split: its all about what you enjoy, can recover from, and can progress consistently. You could totally set up lets say an 8-10 day rotation and go through it 2 on 1 off
