I’m currently at week 10 of Anti-flamingo program,
And last week i started to notice that my weight or reps progressions really started to pause or not go as they used too.
And this week I noticed that I needed to really take the weight down for me to add more “time under tension”.
My question is, if my main goal is Hypertrophy so should i really chase after the progressive overload of the weights,
I really control all the movements.
I’m asking for this specific week, that my weights feel more challenging, if i lower them in addition to spend more time under tension, if i also hit the main purpose of Hypertrophy?
