Elbers out: more traps, rhomboids and rear delts. Elbers down: More Lats. Don’t think so much about hands…let their paths be dictated by elber paths.

Hammer Strength makes some row variations as well as some other equipment manufacturers with pull downs variations where your hands start close together and end further apart. What muscles do we focus on and how do we try to move elbers and hands because they can’t really be stacked like on most back lifts y’all promote?
