My gym just got a Nautilus Glute Drive machine. I’ve been prioritizing my hamstrings with a lot of hamstring isolation movements, and was wondering if this machine might help me squeeze a little more growth into my hams as well. If so, how would you suggest incorporating it into a hamstring focused workout?
