Hello I would like to know does the setting on how high the seat is on the nautilus lat pull down make a difference moreover , should one sit all the way in or slight with the butt hanging off ( sounds weird but that’s the best way I can explain it )
Great question I was wondering the same. Also, seat placement.
Does having the seat set lower give it a different resistance profile and have a bit more of a drop off in load at the bottom?
And is it better to keep a neutral grip or to supinate at the bottom? Supination at the bottom I can feel the lat contract and shorten a little harder, but feel like I handle less load this way.
Yes I asked fully extend based on the fact that at times putting the seat so low it felt more of the machine tugging at the arm hope one day you can show us cable versions. Thanks for making this digestible for us to learn
Sorry joe or bryce 1 more question. This recommendation would be for lat in general how would one bias more of the “lower” lat would that be a little more upper arm down where as that mid divisions would be wrapping more around ?
