    Have you found the plated loaded Nautilus press you have to be an ok option for triceps or does the converging path make it fairly chest dominant regardless? Using the neutral handles obviously.

    Or would you stick with neutral DB or CG smith? Dips are out right now unfortunately due to some shoulder issues that only seem to be irritated by dips
