First I want to say I love the site and the workouts. I have learned so much and gotten great results.
I’ve completed emphasis chest, shoulders, and back from the workouts and have decided to focus mostly on push, pull, legs.
However, I do enjoy the idea of an emphasis day. I have been trying a more strength Hypertrophy day where I do 5×5 deadlift, bench, BB back squats, and BB Pronated Row.
Kinda looks like
Day 1 5×5 day
Day 2 Push 3 sets 6-8 reps
Day 3 Pull 3 sets 6-8 reps
Day 4 legs 3 sets 6-8 reps
